Forward swept wings are suppose to give the same advantages as rear swept wing except with the best handling at low speed rather than at high speed. But because the wingtips tent to twist up at high speed even if you have materials strong enough to make it work they will be heavier than rear swept wings that provide the same lift and high speed flight. Therefore it is highly unlikely that a vectored thrust/lift fan short takeoff vertical landing plane will have forward swept wings.
