SFV-206 by TheXHS SFV-206 by TheXHS
The SFV-206 is a VTOL fighter with variable geometry wing for high speed flight at low altitude and short landing without VTOL system. This one using for vertical flight 3 bearing swivel nozzle with afterburner (looks like as F-35) and two additional nozzles, which use air from the outer contour of turbofan engine (looks like as half of Harrier =).
Don't ask me about capacity of internal fuel tanks (approximate may consist only 4000-6000L)

I must say that is a quite pretty jet.

very good concept, I like the Mix of F-14 and Harrier. My only problem is how the cockpit in the front fighter seems a little large. Other than that, this is fantastic!

very nice. a similar version of the pegasus engine of the harrier was once considered, btw. (so with 3 nozzles, 2 to the sides from the fan and one afterburning one aft) it would be fitted on the hawker 1216,IIRC. (faved)

Supersonic, right? The design makes me think it can go up to Mach 1.6-1.8, more or less :)

More, this one have movable half-cone into air intakes - adjustable air intake allows you to save engine thrust at higher speeds - I think up to 2.2 M probably.
And variable geometry wing allow reduce wave drag.

Whoa! O.o
1 or 2 engines? It appears to me the #1 option, so I must think of a very powerful turbofan, surpassing the 43,000 lbs F135 from the F-35 :D
Maybe a new model made by NPO Saturn, with over 50,000+ lbs? :XD:
