The SM-366 is a light multipurpose seaplane - dive bomber, light fighter (air defence for battleship), artillery spotting (for large battleship), patrol and reconnaissance.
Looks like a Grumman Seabee amphibian that's been updated. Can't see it for anything other than patrol and recon.
Looks like the wings could be a tad wider but great!
