Tried building this baby in Kerbal, like I often do with your planes.

Flight was fine, and I don't think my rendition was too unfaithful of the original, but...

On landing the fuselage broke off and used the wings as a skateboard.

Those kerbals need better wingroots.

Heh =)
What g (vertical acceleration) or vertical speed you have at landing?
May be you need improve shock strut at landing gears? (I have no experience with KSP, but get some idea from "real life physics")

very nice STOL commuter .. but it seems its designed to be used on hard-top runways only

FOD ingestion to the engines would be a worry .. or does it have something like the old 737 gravel kit? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravelki…

Engine intake above wing, it as minimum 1-1.5 above airfield. Also it placed much forward, than in 737, so avoid debris from the nose landing gear.
At worst - gravel kit will be nice idea =)

though having top mounted wings would help address possible cabin noise issues (admittedly it would create a new internal cabin issue in terms of landing gear assuming low ground pressure is not in consideration)

well - part of the gravel kit's job was also to protect the belly of the plane from gravel strike

Great design. But i think it's Coandă, not Koanda.

My bad. In russian language letter "C" used only for [s] sound, and "K" only for [k], and c/k issues make some problem in english.

As always with your work, when I ask myself the really important question: 'Would this thing really FLY?'. the answer is 'YES'

Man, I work at Antonov last two years. If I'll make things, that can't fly, they must dismiss me =)
This one I drew in first month of work there, when I had "creative fountain". I made few tens of linearts those days, but some still wait to coloring.
