XD

Ok I c, yea, some of ure lettering r not like easy 2 understand on how ure sayin, so that's 1 of the reason why ure typing style is hard 2 understand. Not 2b mean or rube or cruel u know, but I'm just sayin as what its like 4 people how hard its understandable against like other country people around the world. Well just 4get that, its extrormanarily hard 2 explain on tellin u about ure type style. But just 4get about it, but yea, ure right about the 95% understandable but the words when I read it is hard 2 understand because u put them in the wrong way, and yea I agree, google translate is having problems lately which the google team should patch some errors in the google translation (for short: gt) system.

I've been following your art for quit some time, and i love it. have you ever thought about making a machine that has multiple removable and replaceable pieces?

An example would be like: a modern rifle can have its upper receiver removed, new sights, and so on. have you thought about ever making a machine that can have like different cannons and guns and more. and all they need are a simple change.

Hm, I may write fully answer at russian... But translate into english hard to me - i don't know some terms... I try, but not sure that my attempt to translate will correct

(Two body with gimbal betwwen it improwe capability to overcome obstacles)
(When explode ordnance - we lost only gun and turret (unhabitable), vehicle save ability to move and life of crew will saved to)

wouldnt it also make the tank slower and much harder to manuever

it would not necessarily make it harder to maneuver in open terrain, but by the sheer size of it, maneuvering in tight quarters would be difficult. Tracked vehicles like the M109A6 Paladin have an inner turning radius of about 6 inches.

My big question is for the gun portion. Having the cannon tube up that high and only signle-piston recoil system with such a long bore length poses flip over danger especially when firing at max charge and low firing angle. Also shells arm after 3 rotations at speed, that tube would take more than 3 revolutions to exit the tube.

There have been howitzers with longer tubes than this one, and then there are coastal defense guns, railroad guns, and naval weapons...all with very long tubes, and different fusing systems.

Also, being a bit more futuristic/SF of design, the shell fusing system may be very different than what they have and teach about in Ft. Sill. ;)

This weapon also has three pistons, not one, on it's recoil system.

My issue with it is that the mounting looks like it cannot elevate or lower much, but that would be a quick fix.

with so many revolutions would that not make the tank fire slower and is their any mechanism that would help agaisnt flipping over in case of close range firing?

it's not a matter of fire rate, it's the fact that the round arms itself before it's left the howitzer. A fuze malfunction could have catastrophic effcts.

Not sure, that I understand you correctly.
You say about some problem with recoil system? Number of piston? Should two or four will better?

the M119A2 howitzer gets by with a single cylinder, but it fires a 105mm round. the M198 has 2 and I'm pretty sure the M777 uses two. The recoil cylinder isn't what would kill your howitzer, it's the height of the tube coupled with how far back. you want to center the tube a bit more so the whole howitzer can bear the weight of recoil.

I just got out of field artillery, so I have some experience.

This feature must improve maneuverability because 2 body can rotate relative one at one - turn radius will small... About speed - I think its depend of vehicle weight and engine power.
Although if you right - this is not tank))) This is self-propelled artillery, and speed and maneuverability not strongly important for it
